This Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("Customer," "Buyer," or "you") and ThemePunch OHG ("Slider Revolution," "us," or "we"). By purchasing or using our products and services ("Products" and "Services"), you confirm that you are of legal age and competent to enter into this Agreement.
1. Licensing
We grant you a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Slider Revolution plugin and other Products, subject to these Terms ("License").
2. Plugin Licensing
For detailed information on your rights and obligations regarding our Products, refer to the licensing documentation provided with your purchase.
3. Live Updates
Live updates are available to customers with an active license. Sharing or reselling your license key is strictly prohibited. Updates are provided for either 12 months from the purchase date or for the product’s lifetime, depending on your license type. To continue receiving updates beyond this period, a license renewal is required.
4. Delivery
Upon successful payment, an email will be sent within one hour with instructions on generating your license key(s) via your account page. If you do not receive the email, you can access your account page directly and reset your password if necessary.
5. Intellectual Property
All Products remain the exclusive property of ThemePunch OHG. You do not hold any intellectual or exclusive ownership rights. Products are provided "as is" without warranties.
6. Site Content
All content related to Slider Revolution is owned by ThemePunch OHG. Unauthorized reproduction or use, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, requires prior written consent.
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
8. Support
Support is available to customers with an active Slider Revolution license. Support duration varies by license type:
Standard licenses include 6 to 12 months of support, which can be extended by renewing the license.
Lifetime licenses include 6 months of ticket support, after which a one-year subscription can be purchased for continued access.
Unauthorized sharing or resale of your license key will result in immediate termination of support access.
9. Transactional Emails
By purchasing Slider Revolution, you consent to receive emails regarding your license, including updates, policy changes, and expiration notices.
10. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license or support access at our discretion, without refunds.
11. Pricing, Billing, and Payment
We may modify pricing or renewal rates at any time. Stored payment methods will only be charged for the original license purchase unless you provide explicit authorization for additional charges.
12. Cancellation
You may cancel your license at any time via your account page. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made before the end of the license term.
13. Privacy
Your personal data is used solely for internal purposes and is not sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide our Services. Please review our Privacy Policy for further details.
14. Disclaimer of Warranty
We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, or browsers. Support for conflicts with third-party software is provided at our discretion.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our suppliers or resellers shall be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
16. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in German courts.
17. General
By purchasing or using our Products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement without prior notice.
